Choose Newton Main Street is excited to announce that we will be holding our first Christmas Youth Maker Market on Saturday, November 14. This is an opportunity for anyone ages 18 and younger to try their hand at being an entrepreneur. 

The application will be open until Friday, August 28th with participation announcements made on Tuesday, September 1st. Each Youth Maker will be paired with a downtown business to offer their goods. 

Thank you to the Choose Newton Main Street Promotions Committee for planning this event. This will be part of the Merry Little Main Street Christmas events in Downtown Newton. If you have any questions, please contact ChooseNewton@NewtonKansas.com.

  • Learn some great life lessons and skills
  • A fun way to earn some money before the holidays

Rules & Requirements

  • Must be 18 or younger to participate
  • All items must be made or assembled by the child participant
  • If orders are taken, items should be delivered before Christmas unless otherwise arranged
  • No MLM or Network Marketing
  • The child must be preset at their booth on Saturday, November 14 (hours will be set later but will likely be from 11am-3pm)
