The cafe is a collaboration between Bethel College and Aladdin Campus Dining, its food services partner since 2012. The name is in honor of the college's founding date. Starbucks coffee and coffee drinks are featured along with scones, smoothies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, grab-and-go sandwiches and salads, wraps and paninis, and more.
