Let your stay be simple in 240 sq ft with everything you need! Fully furnished tiny house for short term & vacation rental. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and pull out futon. Wifi, Roku TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, shower, and stocked kitchenette.
Walking distance to Newton High School. A short drive to Main Street shops, Bethel College and Hesston College. 25 minute drive to Wichita.
We can accommodate up to 4 people for a maximum of 2 nights. For stays longer than 2 nights, our maximum occupancy is 2 people.
Kitchen is stocked with apartment size fridge/freezer, microwave, single K-cup coffee maker, hot plate, frying pan & cooking pot, plates, bowls, hot/cold glass mugs, wine glasses, silverware & utensils.
Come with your favorite streaming services log-in information to make the most use of the Roku TV.
