This quirky little house is near to the Sand Creek Trail and a very short walk to Newton’s downtown amenities. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit in the privacy-fenced backyard.

This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia!

There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests.

Due to the age of the house and the amenities offered, this listing is not suitable for children under age 10.

This is a cozy, two bedroom house. The front bedroom includes a full size bed and small closet. The back bedroom has a triple-bunk bed (3 twins) and larger closet space, storage built into the bunk bed stairs, and a built-in bookcase.

There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. Appliances include an electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water, and small appliances such as a microwave, blender, and Keurig. The dining table and chairs are located in the kitchen.

The front living space includes a tv-viewing area (Roku enabled) as well as a separate space for remote work.

You’ll find the woodpile in the backyard stocked and ready for a relaxing campfire.
