Astronomy Night at Kauffman Museum

Join Newton Public Library and the Kauffman Museum for a star party! In this event, librarian CJ Day will educate visitors on various deep-sky objects visible in the northern summer sky, teach about the constellations and their lore, and allow visitors to see celestial phenomena like star clusters and nebula through a telescope.

This event will be held at the Kauffman Museum. The event will begin with a brief talk in the museum itself, and end in the museum parking lot with some telescope time.
